Vision exams should be done routinely every year to ensure optimum eye health. During your routine exam, we will check the power of your eyes, determine if you are farsighted or nearsighted, and determine if you have astigmatism or any near vision problem (that is in most cases age-related). We also examine binocular vision to see if your eyes are working together as they should be, color vision and depth perception, and we will also screen the overall health of your eyes.
After your routine vision exam, we will advise you if you need correction with glasses and/or contact lenses, what type of lenses and which power.
Most vision insurance plans will cover routine exams. For those without vision insurance, we offer affordable prices for exams as well as discounted rates for our products.
